Numpy array

GEOMS2 was made with Python and so we made use of it's very powerfull numeric library numpy. The arrays we're referring when talking about GEOMS2 are numpy arrays.

May of the functions that appear in the software are just adapted from the numpy library. This is the main reason why GEOMS2 has some many functions for object geometry and manipulation. In some we've used the name that appeared on the library, in others we've given it a new one to make it more perceptible.
