The map.xsl file includes this line:
<xsl:include href="texttools.xsl" />
but there's no texttools.xsl included in the distribution. Is this part of some other package?

Hi Laura,
this package requires texttools.xsl written by Tony Rabun which is open source but not part of this project.
It can be downloaded from http://www.topxml.com/code/default.asp?p=3&id=v20031025170911&ms=20&l=xsl&sw=categ and should be put in the same directory as map.xsl.
I have put a note about this in the release notes.
