#6 Convert GC favorite points to OC.de recommendations

OC.de is supporting a similar format to gc.com favorite points. They are called recommendations (Empfehlungen) an can be given (checkbox) while posting the log.

With ocprop it would be nice if caches where I gave a FP could be logged as recommendations on oc.de.
