Hi,

In order to add features in a timely fashion, we usually start with the
C API, then add features to the other APIs based on client requests.  So
to answer your question we aren't working on a new revision of PHP at
the moment, but we eventually plan to have it up to date with the
current C API features.  Are there any new features you would like us to
add to the PHP API?  It should already support the city, org, and isp
databases.  Thanks.
