[Geoip-perl] ANN: Geo::IP 1.10 Released

Geo::IP 1.10 now supports GeoIP City Edition, here's the changelog:

1.10  November 22nd 2002
        - Added support for GeoIP Full Edition
        - Added more documentation on where to get databases,
        and sourceforge.

It has been uploaded to CPAN, and should be on your favorite mirror in 
the next day or so, or download from:
http://www.maxmind.com/download/geoip/api/perl/Geo-IP-1.10.tar.gz
