#15 Fix wrong continent code for Turkey

Hi,

please reverse this patch:
http://geoip.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/geoip/c/libGeoIP/GeoIP.c?r1=1.98&r2=1.99

Turkey is not an European country but an Asian one.
Looking at a map of Turkey clearly indicates this fact.
