I've uploaded the data for igrf13. To install on a Unix system use
sudo geographiclib-get-magnetic -f igrf13
The -f is needed because igrf13 isn't yet known to geographiclib-get-magnetic. I'd appreciate it if you could verify that everything is OK before I announce it publicly.

I've download the IGRF13 model and I test it within 15 places. I've compared with the NOAA internet site and with the declimag software used by French civil aviation authority. Results are the same in the three cases.
