GEODE / News: Recent posts

Geode 0.2.4 was released today. I plan no further releases at this time (but it may be possible to convince me to change my mind). I have provided a RedHat 9-compatible RPM, a source RPM, and a source tarball.

This release is a fairly stable version which I used in my daily ESI Objects development (I am no longer employed at that job). It did not crash for me under normal use, so it might actually be safe to call it "stable". ... read more

You may be able to install this RPM on other linux systems that are similar to RedHat; please let me know the results if you attempt to do so. Under no circumstances will you be able to run Geode on a system that does not provide GNOME 2.x, so if you only have RedHat 7.x or similar, you're out of luck--it's time to upgrade.... read more
