#9 Bug in GetDistanceWE()

[DDTech]

GetDistance Returns different values for a pair of
GEO-Objects depending on witch is the "parent" and
witch the "child".

I testet with my app, but the same behavior can be
reproduced online at:
http://opengeodb.hoppe-media.com/examples/distance.php

Using ZIP-Codes 14165 (Berlin) and 60323 (Frankfurt)
shows WE-Distances of 311.34 and 327.3 depending on
witch of the zip-Codes is first.
