#32 Lagging and FPS dropping in some computers

Even in local area network Gens causes lagging and FPS
dropping to under 10fps in some computers.
Those computers usually have radeon graphic card, but
also others has had the same problem. the Gens just
isn't compatible with all the computers when it comes
to netplay.

I should also add that the problem doesn't occur when
you play online alone, but only then when someone plays
with you.

and the problem is not in the connection, since it
never works even in local area networks.
