#3 MIDI/Configure dialog; control of MIDI connections

The MIDI menu's Configuration command opens up a
dialog box which shows "OK" and "Cancel" buttons and
nothing else. Presumably it is meant to OK or cancel

As it is, when GENPO starts running it tries to
connect itself to every MIDI input and output port.
That's okay for default behavior, but I think it is
better to allow the users to inhibit this and manage
the connections for themselves, either using the
MIDI/Configuration command (if that's what it's
supposed to do) or using external programs such as
aconnect or qjackctl.

Some users, for example, might want to connect two
keyboards, one to GENPO and another to a different
synthesizer, for a duet between the organ and another
instrument, or maybe two different organs, each
running in a separate GENPO process with a different

Hmm - as you might have guessed, the Config menu option is
    just a placeholder at present.

I always use kaconnect to fiddle around with the connections
    if required.

How would you feel if I just got rid of this menu option

Getting rid of it would be fine, or if you have future plans
for it, you could disable it from the menu. Just knowing
that it's a "placeholder" is helpful.

I don't have kaconnect, but I can do something similar with
qjackctl's MIDI connection window. For some reason I had
the impression that after disconnecting GENPO from various
inputs and outputs, it would reconnect itself immediately --
but on trying again, I find this is not the case. So, the
fact that it initially connects itself to every available
MIDI port is not really a problem for me, now that I
    understand this.

As discussed, this option is removed in the next release.

(Have also purged some never-to-be-used code for other menu
