#9 Rename InputData to OrganismData

We are restructuring the packages in the line of coalescent into models and data. There wold be models for the genetic likelihood and the physical likelihood and their corresponding data. Those data need not be associated to any organism. But we use real data from an organism for analysis and hence that data is just another source of the data for the models. It should be called OrganismData. Its interface should be adjusted so that it gives the data interfaces for the models rather than providing raw data.
