#6 Design document for OrganismData

We need to create a design document explaining the service provider framework for OrganismData. This document should be available on the wiki. The implementation of this service is more involved than the counterpart (K69Data) in project coalescent. It contains issues with missing values, algorithms for pruning probes (as part of data cleaning since some probes do not conform to the fundamental assumptions of the models) and others. It is important to have a clear view of what the code accomplishes and the rooms for improvement.
