Update the 'app' architecture to that of the project coalescent version 1.4.0. It includes exception handling for the PUI client, commands separated from reporters, tests on commands.
events ProcessComplDataEvent and ClassifyGenesEvent contain properties dataURL and linkageGroups. These properties can be grouped in the property organismData. Its value should be an instance of the interface.
