GeCCO / News: Recent posts

Finally GeCCO version 2.0.0 is ready.
The biggest change is that it is now possible to run GeCCO without connecting to UCSC. Use the configuration option "UCSCcache = true", to use the local data for annotating the CNVs.

Also choose between hg18 and hg19 with the option "GenomeBuild = hg19"

Both are located in configfile.txt
