It will looking like IConstantProvider that will be accessed through CoreFacade. Constants will setting wen core will be initialized through Initialize method instead InitializeParamaters.

now it looks like Core initialize argument that contains several parameters that will be sets as configuration constants. That constant mey be received and used by some subsystems
