#9 exclusion of META-INF dir for library jars causes problems

If you want to incluse suns javamail jar as a library
into your own jar generated by genjar and you use
something like
<library jar="java/lib/mail.jar"/>
the META-INF directory are not copied into the
resulting jar as of bug #619762.
Sadly suns mail.jar contains a lot of necessary
property files and so on. The result is that the built
application is not working, as javamail does not work
without them.

The fix for #619762 breaks the creation of another type
of jar.

My suggestion is to add a switch to library like
<library jar="java/lib/mail.jar" metainf="true"> or
some such to make it work for both cases.

If there is any other way to get at the files inside
the meta-inf directory, I am listening :-)
