Hello Przemyslaw, You could have downloaded the winzip self-extractable executable (somehow the zip and the tar.gz files seem corrupted, and nobody fixed that), and taken the jdeal library from the genHome.sf.net project page. Anyways I've included it here for your convenience. There are tools you can use to unjar and decompile the jdeal code, so you can play around with the sources. And yes contact with the JDEAL team takes some time. You can't blame spaniards for being slow ;-) The genHome team contacted them on several occasions before we got an answer. We wanted to make sure they OK'd our project to use JDEAL. (We also had congratulations at the end of our project, but mentionning that might sound arrogant :-) I hope this helps, and best of luck with your project! Louis-Gabriel PS If you want your module to be part of genHome, just let us know, it could be a great addition! |

Dear Sirs, I wanted to use JDEAL library in order to write my term project ( a program to GUI-create ES and GA algorythms and demonstrate them in action ). I could download documentation but a link to sources did not work. My colleague-student tried to contact JDEAL team but there was no response. Could you show me any other places where i could download the sources or make the sources which you used available? Other libraries I have found ( eaLIB,JEO,Evolvica ) are not suitable for my work. Unfortunately I am not able to write library because of lack of time and incoming deadline ( and aim of project assumes using an existing library ). I am looking forward to your response. Thanks in advance. Best regards, Przemyslaw Cieszynski pe...@bo... pe...@st... |
