#3 Patch: Maximum number of candidates

Hello,

While GenForm is generally very fast, the enormous number of candidates for predictions with larger molecular masses becomes problematic and can make calculations run for very long times. In such cases, I think it makes sense to have an upper threshold on the number of (final) candidates. Using the number of final candidates here, the user still has a way to control the quality of candidates that are returned (i.e. the 'best' may be missed, but at least the rest is 'good').

The small patch in the attachment makes this change.
