[GeneX-dev] How to create AD file for Affymetrix data

Hi Jason,

How do i create an ArrayDesign file for Affymetrix?
What needs to be used .CDF!
I copied .CDF to .txt and this is what i get, does this mean a problem 
or "finished" means there is nothing wrong!

/usr/local/genex/bin/fix-array.pl --in HG_U95Av2.CDF --design 
HG_U95Av2-AD.txt
