Dear Robert: This is due to a contact having no organization. To fix this problem, use the Curation Tool to edit the contacts and fill in something (anything) for any contacts that have a blank organization. Then save the experiment and retry using xml2db. Alternatively, you can hand edit the xml file and add the organization to the contacts.
