Hey all,

So after Harry and I looked at the Stanford SMD schema yesterday with
the UNM group, I noticed that all (or almost all) their tables had
four columns for tracking changes:

creation_date
modification_date
created_by
modified_by

I standardized our use of these terms using SMD's convention.
