Hi Elena,

Harry and I ran into an issue that needed to be fixed. It turns out
that in previous DB releases all tables were owned by the Postgres DB
user 'postgres', and not the user 'genex'. I needed to write a script
that would change this. That is now done.

I am uploading v0.9 of the DB, and will test running an installation
from scratch. If it succeeds I will cut a release of the Server
tonight.
