Ok, time to answer my own question.. "lnp" means "p of ln() tranformed data" according to the documentation.... that's right I didn't read it first. Suggestion: all of the "ln" columns might be better expressed as "p(ln)", "t(ln)" etc. as a way to distinguish. "lnp" is just too similar to ln(p) to not make the leap.
