Um... This looks *highly* suspicious. LOCAL_DIR is misconfigured in
GeneX.config.

You have configured LOCAL_DIR to point to were the genex source code
lives '/home/kaddepal/genex-server/'

instead of where you want the files to get installed, e.g. '/usr/local'.

Harry, I have updated the documentation for this in GeneX.config but
this happened to another volunteer I was working with here in
Bangalore today as well. I really think we should rename this variable
to something closer to what it does - like INSTALL_PREFIX, or
we will have a lot more people misconfiguring it.

Shall I go ahead?
