#53 Have all class data available in DB, not just table data

The Perl API should be dynamically reading it's data
from the DB. This will solve the problem of dynamic
data tables and scratch views not having Perl classes.
To implement this there needs to be an FkeyDef and a
ColumnDef table. Perhaps it is sufficient to retrieve
the information directly from Postgres, or perhaps we
can write a wrapper in Connect.pm
