#1 Web Gui to manage configuration hierarchy

Curretnly users manage the configuration hierarchy using their favourite text editor or IDE. Ideally we would want a Web Gui that can:

1) Manage CRUD operations of the configuration hierarchy.
2) Replicate existing configurations.
3) Interpret the genesis schema to validate input.
