[Genesis-sim-users] error compiling genesis for kubuntu 8.10

I managed to compile genesis with kubuntu 8.6 but with the 8.10 I'm having a
compatibility issue:

Rodrigo can you do a:
dpkg --get-selection > selections.txt
on your kubuntu 8.10 so I can import the package list.
And if you do:
dpkg -S unistd.h
I want to check if it's in the kernel include header directory.

For instance compiling on kubuntu 8.06 and then moving the compiled
genesis on the kubuntu 8.10 is working but after some runs the genesis
binary is stuck.
