Check creation of configuration files (for assemblies).
Check that configuration files are working when running
the generated sim.

Under the RunTimeWin32 folder the configuration file dll is
named GS_Conf.dll, in the RunTimeSources/C++ files folder
it is referenced as GSC_XMLHandler.dll.
A name must be decided.

Trying to compile with --confRuntime produces code that
don't compile (header files not found).
