#18 Warning/errors in generated code

Using the GCC compiler, enabling:
- all compiler warnings;
- warnings demanded by strict ISO C and C++;
results in a number of warning and errors, most of them
about extra ';', no newline at the end of the file, and
defined but not used variables.
