#1 Mechanical encoders support

Hello, your GenericHID device in an ideal choice for me. That's why I have a request for mechanical encoder support.
I 'm beginning to make a CarPC Front Panel Interface project with your GenericHID project as a base interface subsystem. (It will be a single board consisting of many parts: DVI->RGB TTL interface for TFT LCD, USB SDHC cardreader, USB hub, USB HID device for multimedia control keys, encoder for volume control, several RGB LEDs for buttons backlight, LCD LED backlight control, DC motor driver for front panel angle adjustment)) Currently my project isn't fully documented and in unpublished state so no additional information available.
P.S. The optional request feature will be the remote control IR receiver support in the GenericHID project.
