For data, there can be several data-editors. Currently,
if several data editor is available, the display will
show a "Data Editor" Dialog and ask user to choose it.
This results in an additional click.
A better approach will be to allow user to set the
default editor. This default editor will appear when
the user left-click a cell in the Input Data
Spreadsheet, Parameter Wizard and Variable Wizard.
User should also be able to set the default editor.
Plan:
Use Window->Preference to allow setting of default editor.
Longer term:
Provide right-click function on table cell which allow
access to the "Data Editor" menu, and to set the
default editor. The purpose of this is to allow quick
switching of data editor. It will be much faster than
having to fiddle with Window->Preference.
Also, investigate possibility for Data Editor to set
default values via Window->Preference. Setting the
Default Data Editor and its default value in
Window->Preference should ideally refers to each other.
Need to investigate how to do this.
