#17 Run Wizard holding list of previous output directory

There is a request that Run Wizard should remember and put the previous output directory as default on the next run. I rejected this on the ground that it will be too easy to incorrectly overwrite existing output directory.

However, I acknowledge the advantage in Run dialog remembering output directories. At the very least, it makes it easy to recall the where the output directory for the previous run is, something users can forget.

The compromise is to keep the textbox blank (to prevent accidental overwrite) and to use a pull-down list containing previously used output directory.
