#4 Launch Shortcut did not write Launch Configuration Correctly
After using Launch Shortcut, important attributes for
the launch, such as "-Dosgi.locking=none" are not
written to the the LaunchConfiguration if it was
necessary to create the launchConfiguration. This means
the launchconfiguration autocreated by LaunchShortcut
might not performed as expected.
