#2 Overzealous Refreshing of Projects

When selecting a file, an automatic refresh of of the
project is performed. Unfortunately, for projects with
a lot of pfiles, this refresh can and will take an
extremely long time. Moreover, most of the time a
refresh is not necessary as no file is created on the
workspace.

The proposal here is to let the dialog designer decides
whether to refresh the project or not.
