#15 Ctrl-N not openning the correct New Wizard

When using keyboard shortcut ctrl-N, the standard
Eclipse New Wizard dialog is openned, not the
customized version with only Pipelines wizard displayed.

There are two ways to solve this. First is rewrite
IGFXFileEditor so that it can accept non-pipeline file.
This should allow the majority of the New Wizards in
std Eclipse New Wizard dialog to succeed. Then when
this is done, trim the Eclipse New Wizard in the
targets environment.

Second way is of course, reassign keyboard shortcut.
