#13 Apply Changes to CamBAfx's CGLM wizards back to IDE Wizards

In the run up to prepare CamBAfx release 1.0, I made
modification to RCP Wizards for CGLM, in particular,
they uses extension point "cglm" to help them modify
"MAIN" and "INTERACTION" in the parameters set. This
changes needed to be ported to the IDE-based wizards
