I am in France, and Fabian is in Argentina.
Other users of Borges that actively participate in Borges improvements are 
located almost anywhere.

This is quite early to know as we are still trying to find people to help out. 
Though I'd like to have complete functional and technical specifications 
settled by early August with a detailed development roadmap. We'll know 
better by then.
