I don't think it fits into the Developer's Guide.  However, maybe it could be 
the first document in a System Adminitrator's Guide, or a Linux User's Guide 
or something.

This brings us to the next stage of Generguide, which is how do we handle the 
repositories for different projects.  Maybe we should change generguide 
directory to:
generguide/guide/software_developers_guide
or
generguide/guide/sdg

and create
generguide/sag (system administrators guide) or similar for your mail filter 
howto.
