[generguide-devel] Working Generguide Builder!!!!

I'm happy to announce that I have the generguide builder working!
http://www.gisontheweb.com:8080/~cameron/cgi-bin/toform.pl
Select the sections, then click on the "Build Documentation" button.

This brings us very close to release 0.2 as per 
http://generguide.sourceforge.net/release.html

What I think still needs doing is:
1. Get a common opinion on our use of ENTITIES. Although I don't think we need 
to have this issue set in concrete now.
2. Put together a users guide.
3. Tidy up the requirements.

Sean, I'd be interested to hear your ideas on how we can work together on the 
documentation.
