[generguide-devel] Demonstration of the Generguide Configuration Generator

I've got a demo of the Configuration Builder form at:
http://www.gisontheweb.com:8080/~cameron/cgi-bin/toform.pl

You can:
Select sections that you want included or excluded.
Note that the configuration file (at the bottom of the page) is built in real 
time while selecting the options.

After selecting options you can select the rebuild button at the bottom.
Sections that have been excluded will be highlighted Red.

Next, I need to get this form to trigger calling the generpublish.sh script to 
build the documentation.  Hopefully, this shouldn't be much more than a day 
or two's work.
