Ok, 
1. but xsl/expandconfig.xsl is called from generpublish.sh script so
    this script should be corrected to not use this file.
2. xsl/param.xsl is called from xsl/xinclude.xsl so this one also should
    be corrected to not use this file. (At the moment I added to my
    version of param.xsl lacking parameter and it works well.)
