Yes, I have the most recent file, however param.xsl is still used in 
xinclude.xsl file.

Anyway I created new param.xsl file and moved there or XSL parameters
given up to now in xsltproc command line.
Look into this file and see what it is for.

But there is still problem with xsl/expandconfig.xsl file which
does not exist in cvs repository.
