I am sorry for flooding with email's, however I am just
working on this and don't want you to waste time on
problems just resolved.

I did small experiment, I included "generconfig" variable
declaration in my 'param.xsl' file and it seems that
everything not works not
(apart from still missing xsl/expandconfig.xsl file)

So maybe my param.xsl file could be joined with yours.
