[generguide-devel] generguide config schema

I've added some requirements for a configuration file which you can see at:
http://generguide.sourceforge.net/requirements.html .   Search for the 
"Configuration" heading.
Of note, I'm suggesting that guide sections can be stored anywhere on the web, 
which is going to cause problems with creating unique ids.

Artur, I'd be keen to hear feedback from you on these ideas.

I've started a schema for the generguide configuration guide in 
generguide/xsd/generconfig.xsd .
