[generguide-devel] Problems with modular docs and latest XXE

Hi Artur,
XXE version 2.4 has just been released.
It supports modular documents using <xi:include> which is very nice.
However it still seems to have teething problems.
If the included section contains a comment at the end of it, then the modular 
editing doesn't work.

This means that all your comments that look like:
<!-- Keep this comment at the end of the file
Local variables:
mode: xml
sgml-default-dtd-file: "sectionxincl.ced"
sgml-ecat-files: nil
End:
-->

are causing problems.

Is it possible to move these comments within the:
<section>
  <!-- comment here -->
</section> tags?

Or possibly even remove them?


With regards to entities, these are still problematic.  "Unmanaged enities are 
not supported, however managed entities are."  I just need to find out what 
"managed entities" are.
