1. File name extension was changed.
2. Added 'basic.xml' file describing methods and tools for XML
processing (still under construction)
3. Added files:
    - entitiesuse.xml      (main section file)
    - entitiesusedef.ent  (external entities definition)
    - entxml.xml            (external XML file included with use of entity)
    describing entities use and processing. (also still under contruction)
    it works already as self sample entity use.
