[generguide-devel] Entities working?

Artur,
You suggested a while back that we use entities for text replacement (which I 
agree is a great idea).
Have you looked into it further and got something working?
I unsuccessfully tried getting the generguide/bin/build.sh to build a test 
sgml file with entities.  I didn't spend much time on it in case you had 
already worked out how to do it.
