It would be perfect if our docs are enough source of information to setup whole
environment. However it is not yet.
I use all this stuff in Windows platform too, so if you have any problems let me know
through this list. I am sure I can help. 
And at the end, after you successfully install all necessary tools, I (or someone else) 
will extract your questions (and answers) from e-mails and correct documentations.
