[generguide-devel] Should I add new files with XML or SGML extensions?

As I remember your were convinced to change
files to xml extension. However there are still
sgml files in CVS repository.

So what is our current policy in this matter?

I agree.  Lets change move all files from .sgml to .xml .
I have not done it because I have not got to it yet.
I've just committed all my files into CVS, so if you want to change the files 
now you can.

1. File name extension was changed.
2. Added 'basic.xml' file describing methods and tools for XML
processing (still under construction)
3. Added files:
    - entitiesuse.xml      (main section file)
    - entitiesusedef.ent  (external entities definition)
    - entxml.xml            (external XML file included with use of entity)
    describing entities use and processing. (also still under contruction)
    it works already as self sample entity use.
